Fundraising Update

Hi everyone!

My name is Rachel Hoak and I’m the new Fundraising Chair. I’m super excited to be part of the effort to keep the chorus funded and making music. 

As a recap, thanks to all of your generous support, we raised the incredible amount of over $15,000 during our Annual Fund Drive, which has allowed us to practice and produce music of quality safely during this pandemic. From the bottoms of our hearts, we thank you.

As KaeRenae mentioned in her letter, we’re working this semester towards hosting our fifth annual Women Against Violence benefit concert virtually, with lots of exciting guest groups. This concert will also feature How Can I Keep From Singing, which will feature both current member and alumnae voices. This ambitious project requires us to use a professional virtual choir service, and managing board has been hard at work exploring different options. While no donation is required to participate, we welcome donations that will help offset the cost of video and audio editing.
