Fundraising Update

We are so excited to usher in the fall semester! With Covid-19 running rampant, the Chorus has been faced with many new challenges during this unprecedented time. We intend to use any additional funding to allow for safe, in-person rehearsals as well as provide online resources for our members at home this semester. Fundraising has never been more important, and there are lots of amazing events where you can get involved and show your support. One of them is the Annual Fund Drive, which this year will be held on Saturday, September 26th and Sunday, September 27th. The Annual Fund is an opportunity for you to help us fund our efforts to safely make music together. The funds will go towards creating soundtracks and CDs so that we are able to share our music with our community. During this time, you will be contacted by a lovely member of the chorus by phone in order to discuss possible donations. We would be extremely grateful for any generous gift to the Chorus. We rely on your support to ensure that the Virginia Women’s Chorus remains a professional and prepared group of women who prepares beautiful and meaningful music for the community to enjoy.
