Director’s Letter

Hello everyone!

We’re excited about our Spring Concert, “Oh, What a World” and hope you can come or tune in to the streaming on April 2 at 8 PM in Old Cabell Hall. After 2 long years with the pandemic, we are changing things a bit, and will feature country and rock in our 2nd half, accompanied by a cool band. You’ll probably recognize many of the selections and we hope you’ll have as much fun as we have had preparing the music! For more information, please visit our website.

This concert is always bittersweet as we say goodbye to our graduating members. They are: Lora Becker, Sarah Combs, Allie Curran, Carter Echols, Mackenna Gordon, Haley Griffith, Mary Katherine McCullough, Mary Katherine Terrell, and Sydney Williams. Each one of these singers has contributed greatly to the growth and ongoing operations of the Chorus, and I shall miss them deeply. I’m excited to see their new paths and know that they will each make the world a much better place!
